My sister’s wrong treatment

My sister was  treated for several years at Aga Khan Hospital for her liver tumors. The specialist did not recommend the right treatment at the right time. Just when the  tumors had become small after TACE and it was the right time  to recommend liver transplant, he  said “If the tumors come back, come back to hospital and we will do another TACE”. This was the most careless and horrible statement from an experienced physician who knew the tumors could grow anywhere. Later, a tumor grew in the portal veins and all physicians told us nothing can be done now. Tell me please if this person should be allowed to continue to practice medicine???
